Notice an instructor cannot fully evaluate a zyBook? With this new button it is as easy as ever to promote them to an evaluator on the platform.

The Button

When you want to alert sales ops that an instructor needs to be upgraded you can navigate to the instructor’s contact record in Salesforce. From there click on the Basic to Evaluator button to start the process.

Confirming the request

Once you have clicked the button you will need to confirm that you want to submit the request.

Unless you click the Send button on this screen you will not be submitting the request.

Completing the request

With that all done an email will be sent to sales ops, and yourself, to confirm the request. When the ops team completes the request you will receive a follow up email letting you know that the instructor has been promoted fully to an evaluator.
